By accessing or using the Aporia platform ("the Platform") and its games — including Mythos and Kleos — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description

Aporia (aporia.games) is a free, multi-game platform offering daily puzzle games. Current games include Mythos (literature guessing) and Kleos (daily history games: Timeline, Scouting Report, and Progressive Clues). New puzzles are available each day at midnight Eastern Time.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools or bots to play the Platform's games
• Attempt to access the Platform's underlying database or source data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Share puzzle answers publicly before the puzzle day ends (midnight ET)

4. Intellectual Property

Book titles, author names, historical figures, and related data are used for informational and entertainment purposes. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Platform's design, code, and original content are owned by the Platform's operator.

5. No Account Required

The Platform does not require registration or an account. Game progress (streaks, statistics) is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not collect or store personal information on our servers.

6. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of all puzzle data. Game content is sourced from publicly available records and may contain minor discrepancies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform's operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
